I recently moved to this dental office because my son had a badly chipped tooth and they were the only dentist around that would see him the same day. After my son’s regular dentist did not answer my phone calls or call me back for this issue, I decided to make Puyallup Modern Dentistry his place for regular check ups. Puyallup Modern Dentistry has responsive and timely care. They are easy to work with if you need to reschedule.
Dr. Coke is professional and caring. He’s very cool, calm and collected.
All of the staff are polite and friendly.
Our last visit, there was the worst patient check in I ever had the misfortune to have to witness. She was late to her appointment and was quite literally yelling at the Nicole and Jasmine. She was so rude and the receptionists handled her as best as humanly possible. Dr. Coke came out to calm the patient down with ease.
Both receptionists as well as Doctor Coke apologized to me, and I told them I’m sorry they had to deal with her. The way that they kept their professionalism, integrity and temper was impressive.
